APART HOTEL Lift №1

The beds were comfortable, and the place was clean and neat. We got a quick check-in because we arrived in the morning. There was an issue with the heating, but they brought us a radiator as soon as we mentioned it. For what it costs, it feels like good value. A charming aparthotel for its class, and I'd recommend it.

Getting around on foot was easy, which suited us since we didn't have a car. There are shops and places to eat within walking distance, and we rented ski equipment across the road at “Service,” where it was a little cheaper than in the center. The only confusing thing was that there was no sign showing that «Lift1» was in that building, which also has another hotel. Our train arrived at 6 a.m., but the receptionist got up and checked us in at 6:30, which was such a nice surprise. Victoria was friendly and lovely to talk to. After we checked out on our last day, she also let us leave our bags there so we didn't have to carry them around. We were happy with the hotel, and especially grateful to Victoria and the staff for arranging the early check-in without an extra charge.

There's a rental shop of their own on the first floor, and the staff are nice. The location is great, just two minutes from one lift.

The rooms are good, and the location is too. But the soundproofing is awful, you can hear absolutely everything from upstairs, downstairs, and next door. The Wi-Fi is extremely bad and doesn't work at all.
