The price is low, but that doesn't make up for the rest. There was no hot water in the daytime, and at night in mid-October it was so cold we slept in our jackets. We were given rooms on the eighth floor, but the elevators were completely out and nobody helped with our bags. The food was awful, and we even found a used condom under the bed. My favorite hotel, no doubt.

During Navratri, Indian students hold garba nights here, and some Ukrainian students and other people come join in too. If you live in beautiful Chernivtsi, you should visit during the festival sometime.

It's cheap and fine for a night, but the heaters are no good. I wouldn't plan to stay here in winter.
