After I made a non refundable reservation, I was told dogs are only allowed up to 10kg and that there's a charge. Why not make this fully clear to clients before they book and pay, especially when the reservation is non refundable? That's a secret the owner can answer for. Then it got worse. After I booked, they wrote, “Oh by the way, during the time you are booked, we are doing a renovation and you have to change the room”. Again, no transparency beforehand. They booked the client first, and didn't even mention offering a discount for having renovation work during my stay. Not a word. I don't think the people who pretend to work at this hotel understand hospitality or client focused service. For a hotel of this class, it's a no go. I don't recommend it.

We stayed in a roomy two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms in this modern, new, and very comfortable apart-hotel right in central Bukovel resort. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and having a washing machine in the apartment was great. Housekeeping was the best, they cleaned every day and even washed the dishes we'd left that morning. Free WiFi, underground parking, and drinking tap water too. I really recommend this place!

Everything we needed for a great holiday on the slopes was here. The staff worked hard to make us feel welcome. Thank you to all of them.

A great place to stay. The apartment was clean and tidy, close to the center, and reception was welcoming, helpful, and cooperative.
