Na Gori

I've stayed here in both summer and winter, and the setting is hard to forget. The estate sits in a cozy, enclosed space, with forested mountains on the left and a little babbling stream below, where morning mist drifts. On the right, a retaining wall gives way to the mountain slope, and a ski lift nearby goes up to the winter slopes. There's room in the huge yard for several cars, plus a swing. Behind the house you'll find firewood, a barbecue, and a cauldron for fish soup, pilaf, shurpa, or other hot dishes. The ground floor has a sauna, a tank of icy mountain water, a lounge, and lockers. Upstairs on the second floor is a big room with a TV, Wi-Fi, and music system, along with plush sofas, a table, chairs, and access to a wide loggia running around the whole house. The kitchen is also there, with all the necessary equipment, a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Bedrooms on the third floor are spacious, with high ceilings, wide beds with fresh-smelling linen, and wardrobes. A decorative wooden staircase connects the floors. Every floor has a restroom and showers with hot and cold water. It's cozy and comfortable, and the prices are reasonable.

The house itself is very nice, but service was weak. We were supposed to check in at 2:00 PM, were asked to wait until 3:00 PM, and didn't get in until 4:00 PM. For eight people over four days, the three bathrooms had just two bars of soap and four toilet paper rolls. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 We couldn't use the washing machine because it was locked, and the administrator couldn't be reached by phone. Firewood arrived late and damp, and the axe was very dull. WiFi was so weak for eight people that it needed constant rebooting. We had to clean the barbecue, sauna, and fireplace ourselves. The heating couldn't be adjusted, and the administrator only came every other day.

The mountain views, surrounding nature, and quiet were mesmerizing ❤️‍🔥. The house feels atmospheric and comfortable, with everything you need, and the owners are happy to help if something's missing. It can be hard to find on your first visit 🤭, but it's a lovely place for a family break. The "Zakhar Berkut" ski lift was nearby, though we couldn't use it because it doesn't operate on Monday. Instead, we went out by jeep, which was offered to us, and that was cool 🤘🏻 😎. We came to relax, and it was a 100% success. In general, everything was great.

For our group of 10, the daily price was 6,000 UAH. The sauna costs an extra 500 UAH, and firewood for the fireplace isn't included either. There are transfers to the train station. The place was clean and warm, with beautiful views from every window and a large terrace with a lovely view. There's plenty of space, and it's 150 meters from the ski lift.
