It's a relatively new hotel in Bukovel, with tidy, bright rooms that are a comfortable middle size. Breakfast is included, and there's a decent choice, though only cereals for oatmeal. The spa has two saunas, two pools, a jacuzzi and a salt room, making it a nice place to unwind after skiing. They offer rides to and from the ski lifts, but the wait can be a bit long, so you may prefer to wait for the driver or call a taxi yourself.
This was extremely unprofessional. We booked for a birthday trip, got confirmation, and then started arranging other hotels for the nights before and after this stay. The very next day, they called to say our selected room was no longer available and we'd have to downgrade. What a joke.
The staff really go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable.
The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and modern, and the mountain view was lovely. Staff were very friendly, and the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. It exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend it.
We had a good time celebrating our company anniversary here with 50 people. Friendly staff, good food, a cool spa, and a funny barman.
