The food was so good I ordered the same thing a few times just to have that taste again. The staff were lovely, and the people and atmosphere made me feel right at home. I really liked the place and would recommend it. The room's soundproofing was disappointing. There was a big gap between the front door and its frame, so I could hear my children downstairs, along with everyone else. I'm sure they'll fix it and things will be fine.

Vasyl and Oksana were so warm and genuine, and made the place feel like home. The food had that lovely homemade taste, and the portions were huge, so nobody could leave hungry. The hotel itself was spotless, with warm, comfortable rooms. Such a cozy place, I'd happily recommend it.

My husband and I booked a room as a New Year's present for our parents. It was clean and tidy, but a few things took away from the stay. The tap water smelled unpleasant, there were no disposable slippers, and the bathroom was missing basics like small shower gel. The TV seemed old and the picture quality wasn't great. Breakfast was mixed for us. There wasn't much choice, and it gave the impression that costs were being cut everywhere. The menu also named a dish with certain ingredients, but some of them weren't actually on the plate. That felt careless and dishonest.

The hosts were unusually friendly, which made a real difference. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we could pop downstairs whenever we wanted to make tea or get water. Late check-in was available too, which was handy.
