The restaurant was excellent, and the staff were super friendly. The room was good too. I had a small issue with the sink, but everything else was flawless.

The room smelled bad, and breakfast was awful.

The room had a bad smell, and there was no holder for the shower.

Maryana at reception was lovely and patient with all our requests. The hotel is decent for this area, but the price of the rooms felt a little high for the comfort level, and it wasn't quite clean enough, which made us uncomfortable. We stayed four nights in a junior suite. The linens weren't changed during that time, and the towels were only changed on the second day after we asked. We booked for three, but there were no towels for the child.

The staff were pleasant, but housekeeping was poor. Someone had checked out before we arrived, and it looked like the room only got a quick clean: fresh bed linens and towels, and a vacuum. There was still dust, cobwebs all over the ceiling, and dirty windows. The restaurant wasn't operating, and hot water wasn't always available.
