The spa was a lovely way to unwind after skiing, and breakfast had different choices each day, which was great. The service was excellent. I'll definitely come back.

On my first stay at Skilandhouse, after a dozen or more trips to this famous ski area in the Ukraine, I was really pleased. The place is clean and comfortable, the facilities are good, and the staff are nice. We enjoyed our few-day ski break in Bukovel and will definitely return. I'd strongly recommend it to other travellers.

I only stopped in the lounge for coffee and food, but it was great. The food was delicious, and the barman was very friendly. It stays open until 2am, which is useful in bukovel.

The bar service was terrible. We waited an hour for two beers that never arrived, while people at nearby tables who came after us were served first. Nobody even apologized. We left without the beers or a goodbye.

The service was terrible. The manager gave priority only to a group of drunk people, and everyone around that table left.
