Imperial Hotel

We arrived at 9:00 before our room was ready, so we went for a walk and were checked in before 14:00. The room was cozy and looked like the booking photos, and the hotel itself was attractive and well kept. Breakfast was buffet style, with enough to fill you up even if the selection wasn't huge. The towel warmer didn't work, though it wasn't a big issue for us. We figured maybe something had been missed since the floor was new. The room was cleaned when needed, as long as you put up the sign, and it had a smart TV. We were allowed to keep the room past 11:00 because nobody was checking in the next day, and we had to leave at 16:00. While waiting for our ride, they gave us tea at reception. The staff and administration were friendly and organized our stay well. We'd come back. Thank you!

During the Chill camp stay from January 3-10, 2026, the food was very poor. Meals were served in fixed portions with no choice, were fatty, and there were no dairy products. Breakfast sometimes seemed like leftovers from dinner. Nobody took the child's dietary needs into account. I don't think the children got a different cook from the other guests, and the camp organizers weren't responsible for what the hotel staff prepared. If the hotel can't handle organized groups like this, it shouldn't accept them.

The location worked well for us, about a 10-minute walk to Silpo and the main stop for buses to Bukovel and other cities. We spent five days here, and the mountain view from our window and the cozy balcony were lovely. The interior was neat, the renovation felt fresh, and the room was clean and very comfortable. There isn't an elevator to the fifth floor, but the staff offered to take our luggage up right away. They were eager to help with every request. The woman in the kitchen/restaurant was especially warm and made the place feel welcoming.

We stayed here during the season with my girlfriends and had a great impression. It's quiet, clean, tidy, and affordable, with friendly people. Silpo is about seven minutes away on foot, and Bukovel center is around 20 minutes away. Breakfast was Swedish-style, tasty, and filling. We recommend it. Thanks!
