We had a hard time getting help after checkout. I left a vest in the room and was told I could only ask for it after 15 days; when I followed up then, nobody replied. During the stay, the shower was very dark and its water pressure and temperature kept changing. The kitchen smell reached our room all day, and breakfast coffee was instant only. They don't take any credit or debit cards, and the receptionist was very rude and didn't understand English well. Awful.

We were about 10 people there for the New Year celebration. The location is good, close to the Bukovel center, and we enjoyed the food and music we chose on New Year's night. But the place was expensive, and the food came out at random. Portions were tiny: three orders of ribs meant five ribs for all of us, and the potato side was just as scant, as the picture shows. The rooms didn't match the photos, and the sofa for two was much smaller than pictured. Breakfast was poor, hot water smelled of sulfur and rust, and there were power cuts every day. On New Year's Eve there was no hot water.

The Wi-Fi was pretty weak, and the advertised billiards weren't there.

Calling this a luxury hotel made me laugh. It was old and smelled bad, and the food was horrible. Wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were nowhere near an acceptable standard. This was the worst place to stay.
