BonApart

After a long trip, having a bath in the room was just what I needed. The hotel is small and cozy, with an elevator, and a big supermarket right beside it. Staff were polite and helpful. The towels and bedding were good quality, and breakfast was a tasty English breakfast. Thanks!

The staff made this stay. They were friendly and went way out of their way to help with everything, and the rates felt reasonable for the value. The place is clean and well looked after. It’s a little farther from the city center than I wanted, but a cab made it easy to get around. The bar and dining area are both nice, though a bit small. I finished another stay on July 29, 2018, and was impressed again, especially by the incredible service. This isn’t the Hilton, but aside from a luxurious high-end hotel, it’s the best service I’ve had. Housekeeping was less consistent: they came late in the day and tidied up, but didn’t do a perfect job. Those were minor issues, though. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The location is great, right by a supermarket, and the rooms have a mini kitchen. Staff were very friendly, and I could ask for as many pillows and blankets as I wanted. My single room had a 140 cm bed, which was fine. Breakfast was okay.

We thought the hotel was decent, but the price didn't feel justified. The room was small, though it did have a little kitchen. Breakfast was the biggest surprise: what they called “chia pudding” was a blackcurrant smoothie, the “salmon” was fish cuttings, and the “bacon” wasn't what you'd usually expect.
