PANORAMA Chalet MOUNTAIN RESIDENCE

Very clean and pleasant, close to the activities area, with great service.

Clean and right on the spot.

We paid in full for several cottages, but at check-in they refused to open the upstairs room because there were seven of us instead of ten. We were paying for the whole cottage, not per person. It felt like a blatant way to save money on guests. This was the worst service I’ve had in a long time. The kitchen lacked basics: no hand towels or dish sponges. There was a coffee machine but no coffee for it, apparently just for show. Whenever we asked a question, staff only said, “it’s different in other cottages.” There seem to be no standards, accountability, or explanations. It felt like we were being misled and corners were being cut at every turn. The service doesn’t match the price or common sense.

We’ve stayed three times, and this chalet is new, built with all the latest technology. The beds are large and comfortable, the living room is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s underfloor heating and a stylish fireplace. They even washed and dried our personal items, and provide laundry detergent. The view from the window is simply superb. It feels like a fairytale, and it’s the best location of all the chalets in town. We skied right up to it, with the slopes just next door. No downsides for us. We’ll be back.
