The sleepbox concept is unique, and I liked the privacy and how quiet it was for sleeping. The price felt fair, and although it was cold, we didn't really notice once asleep. Still, I'd only come back if the bathrooms were cleaner. The shower was the worst part: water wouldn't drain, rose to about halfway up my flip-flops, and I jumped out because it was disgusting. Thank goodness they had a raised platform. The bathroom was dirty compared with other hostels I've stayed in, and that's crucial for me. Our natural wooden sleepbox had bugs, which didn't seem to be bed bugs but perhaps came from the wood. They moved us right away, but check the area if you get that box, just in case. We were transferred to sleepbox #4, which was very clean. I didn't like having to remake the bed, though. I think they could have done that for us as an apology for the bugs. My friend found the gap between the bed and wall too tight for two people. It'd help if the bed stairs could move to make more room, and if the table were a fold-away wall table. The kitchen closes at 12.30. I understand that's a common rule in Slavic countries, but I still don't like it. Hope this helps travelers and the admin make an already promising place better ;)

For the price, you get a city-center location, a hot shower, and security for your belongings. But the capsules feel hot and uncomfortable, and anyone who's claustrophobic should avoid this place. Check-in wasn't welcoming at all. It almost felt like we were bothering someone.

The owner was rude and didn't seem to care about guests. One bathroom was missing a toilet seat, too. With plenty of better places to stay in Lviv, this place should be called claustrophobia.

Be careful. They confirmed my reservation, but by the time I arrived, it was no longer booked for me. Customer service was incompetent and couldn't help, so I had to leave. When I got home, I saw they'd charged me for a night I couldn't even stay there. They won't return my money because they say it was booked. The only word for that is cheating. Most of the staff can't speak proper English, and they definitely aren't professionals.
