The Wi-Fi could have been better, and the restaurant portions were rather small, though the food itself tasted good. We liked the meals and service, and the breakfasts were good. The ski room was the most convenient one I've seen so far. Everything else was perfect.

The rooms were new and the place itself seemed good, but they were taking guests before the hotel was finished. There was no spa. They kept saying it would open, but during the week I stayed, it still wasn't ready. Instead, they gave us three hours a day at Voda club, which was okay, but getting there and back took an extra 40 minutes each day. There was only lukewarm water, and it ran out one evening. The heaters were cold. For the money, I expected more.

The location had no view, and car noise was annoying. Checking in took 1 hour 15 minutes because just one receptionist was handling several people. The next day, reception and the hotel manager told me my card payment hadn't gone through and asked me to contact my foreign bank. I showed them my bank statements and a text from the bank, but they still asked me to check again or pay a second time. After two full hours, they realized they'd mixed up my payment with someone else's and didn't even apologize. I then decided to check out early and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. This hotel's customer service is among the worst in Ukraine.

We loved our stay at this brand-new hotel. It's centrally located, with spacious suites equipped in a modern style. Aston, the biggest supermarket, is right across the street.
