We were there with a child, and I really wouldn’t recommend bringing kids here. The only staff member who made a good impression was a sweet cleaner, though I don’t know her name. The owner was rude. The room was a mess: mold and stains on the shower, toilet, and sink, all unpleasant to touch. The towels and bedding were so worn they looked 10-15 years old. One star only for the price, though there are places like this for 1000 with much better repairs and quality.

The room felt cold, dark, and uncomfortable, and the view was just private-house roofs and a small courtyard with a wall. The ad photo is old, things look worse now. There was dust everywhere, a dirty carpet, smelly pillows, and a black, aged headboard. The shower had mold and barely warm water, so it was impossible to get warm. The sink was cracked, the toilet broken, and parts of the wall decor were damaged. The door lock was awful and took a lot of effort and ingenuity to close. I couldn't connect to the Internet with the QR code, and there was no refrigerator or air conditioner. The owner doesn't seem interested in decent conditions for guests. The maid was a nice woman, but a thousand hryvnias per day isn't worth it. I strongly don't recommend this “hotel”!

The rooms are freezing, with no heating, and the walls are so thin you hear everything. There are power cuts all the time, which isn't surprising when people in every room are trying to warm up with fans. They say the heating will be fixed by evening, but they don't turn it on at all. The photos don't match any of the rooms, and the “renovation” is awful. They don't even dust the furniture before check-in. No slippers, and the floor is icy. Don't expect to wash here, do it before your trip. The bathroom is moldy and in terrible shape, with only shabby hand soap and pipe cleaner among the cosmetics. Don't count on even one hairdryer for all the rooms. It's hard to call this a hotel, more like a room for the night. Maybe I'd accept this for 500 UAH, but at 1000 UAH there should be at least basic things. If you care about your health and peace of mind, avoid this place!

The staff were friendly and happy to help, and breakfast had a tasty range of dishes. The location is handy, close to the city center. Our room was cozy, with comfortable beds and a bathroom that had everything needed. Everything was clean. We recommend it.
