SAVOIE Apartments Bukovel

The rooftop pool and its view were a real bonus, and access was included in the accommodation price. I really liked the apartments too, they were modern, clean, and nicely designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with an induction stove and dishes, so cooking was easy.

The hotel has no internet at all, and neither mobile service nor Wi-Fi works. The TV keeps freezing and only works intermittently. Sound insulation is nonexistent. Outside, the pool is icy and unusable, despite being presented as a hotel advantage. The hammam and sauna don't work, there are no breakfasts or parking, and there's no communication with customers. For the price, this was the worst vacation experience I've had in Bukovel. A complete disappointment.

At 16 thousand for two nights, I expected at least breakfast and parking to be included, or working communication, if that's not an extra charge too. The spa wasn't operating even though there was electricity and no outages. The yard pool was cold, there's no breakfast, and the administration didn't even know what time the place they recommend for eating opens. Communication at the hotel was terrible. Mobile internet didn't work, and the hotel's Wi-Fi barely loaded anything. We couldn't watch TV because either the remote batteries were dead or the TV was glitching. Parking costs extra. The hotel occupies a floor in a medical center, and it felt like a dorm rather than a place to relax. The gray corridors looked like a hospital because it is one, with the hotel having bought just one floor. Water from the supposedly filtered tap wasn't filtered at all and tasted of chlorine. The chair in the room looked like someone had used it as a toilet. There was only one room key for three people. If all that is fine with you and location is what matters, book it. Otherwise, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it. Terrible.

The rooms and location were good, but the pool was cold, so that wasn't much use. The main issue was the separate charge for the "SPA", which is just two tiny saunas. At that price, I think the spa should've been included in the room cost.
