We stayed here over New Year with family and friends. The service was high quality, and our rooms were cozy and very clean. I'd recommend the hotel.

It's a good choice for a family break, with a barbecue area, vat, and bathhouse. The hotel is apartment-style, and our room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There's a lovely view from the window, with mountains and fresh air all around. Shops and cafes are close enough to walk to, and Bukovel's first parking lot is nearby too.

We had a very nice, clean, bright room with everything we needed, and administrator Natalia was always there when we needed help. It was cleaned daily, with fresh linen every few days. The cleaning staff worked around our baby's daytime sleep and agreed to a convenient time without any trouble. Even when we asked for evening cleaning, they didn't refuse. We really appreciated that. The pool and cafe at the main hotel were a nice extra. They're a short walk away, but access to the heated pool was included in the room price on most days of the week, so we could go nearly every day. For Bukovel, the prices were very reasonable. Towels and sun loungers were provided. The cafe also gave us a discount, which was lovely. We'll definitely come back, and wish you more positive, considerate guests. I was surprised to read the complaints from people who stayed around the same dates as us. They were the ones disturbing the hotel at night, and didn't apologize. Their room's fire alarm went off after midnight. The administrator and other guests couldn't reach them, and we were all frightened. When they finally opened the door, the two women said they were frying meat and asked what we wanted from them. They had a child with them, yet didn't seem concerned about the child's safety while the alarm blared "Fire" and "Exit" throughout the hotel. In the following days they kept asking things at reception and bothering the administrator. After all that, I don't understand how they could complain about the administrator in a review. Some people are just like that, and there's not much you can do.

I recently stayed here with my cat. It's a great spot for skiers, and the room was clean and unbelievably warm, even when the power went out. There's a separate ski drying room, which is a great extra. The room had everything I needed, including dishes, utensils, a microwave, kettle, and fridge. The window view was a nice bonus too.
