The hotel itself was beautiful and relaxing, which we really enjoyed. But the owner and administrator left us with awful memories. The owner was sitting in the restaurant, and when we sat in the same room, they shouted at us and kicked us out. The administrator was unpleasant too, and had plenty of nasty things to say.

We had to find somewhere else to stay, but still enjoyed our ski holiday in Bukovel. I’d booked two nights through Expedia with payment due at the hotel. When we arrived, they said they were full and hadn’t reserved a room for us. I showed them the booking details, but they still couldn’t give us a room. I hadn’t paid in advance because no one had asked me to.

The food is good, and the people are nice. Prices are okay too. Rooms are fairly big and very warm. It’s a couple of kilometers from the parking area and ski slopes. One issue throughout Bukovel is that only a few people speak English. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed here last year while skiing and liked the quiet place and good rooms. The food was very good, and the borshch was totally awesome. We stayed somewhere nearby this year, but still came back here for dinner.

The apartments were clean, the pool was good, and breakfast was tasty. It’s a quiet place with a nice atmosphere and good service. Recommended.
