A place where no one has gone before.

The room was spacious, clean, and in good shape, with fresh furnishings and no repair issues. But the cold was unbearable. I had to buy a heater the next day because it was impossible to stay there otherwise. The room also hadn't been cleaned, which was noticeable even though I'd only been there for two days. There isn't a kettle in the room either, just one shared in the hallway. That doesn't feel right for a hotel. Please tell guests in winter that the rooms can be this cold, so they know what to expect.
