We had a great week here and would happily come back. Our room was cozy and very clean, with a big comfortable bed, TV, fridge, air conditioning, kettle, and hairdryer. The sea is an easy 10-minute walk away. There was plenty of free parking for everyone, plus a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils. They also have barbecue spots with grills and skewers. We were checked in right away when we arrived, and got a full explanation and tour.

The evening atmosphere was especially lovely, with the lanterns making the grounds feel cozy. You can tell the owners and staff care about guests' comfort, and the price matched the quality. The barbecue area and kitchen were handy for making our own food, and the location was easy to reach, with secure parking too. Our room was clean and tidy, with air conditioning, plus a balcony with a table and chairs where I could have morning coffee in the fresh air. A very nice woman welcomed us, showed us around, and explained everything. We were greeted warmly when we left as well. One thing to improve: nobody came to clean or even bring toilet paper during the four days we stayed. It didn't spoil the trip, though. It would also be nice if cooks were available, at least for breakfast, with a few meal options to choose from. Still, I recommend the place.

There are a store and cafeteria close by, and the sea is a relaxed 8-10 minute walk away. We came as a family with our 1.5-year-old and were more than happy with the location, grounds, and rooms. The host and staff were friendly, the room had everything we needed, and having a playground was a real plus. I only wish meals were served at the resort. I'd recommend it for a peaceful family holiday. We'll come back and recommend it to others.

We booked through booking and picked this spot because we'd stayed with family in Chornomorsk before. It's close to the beach and feels cozy. Everything was as advertised: clean rooms, fresh renovation, air conditioning, parking, a barbecue grill, and a clean shared kitchen. Check-in is at 14:00. Thanks to the owner for the service. I recommend it for a peaceful family stay, but not for young, drunk, noisy people.

We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are lovely, green, and clean, with a spacious playground and the car parked inside the yard. The room was clean and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the TV, air conditioning, fridge, and hairdryer were all modern and working. The kitchen had dishes, cereals, and even spices. We came with our one-year-old and asked about arriving early so the child could sleep in the room. At 11 am they called to say we could check in. I recommend it 100%. We stayed August 21-24, 2025.
