Grand Hostel

Even with a lot of guests around, it stayed quiet, which mattered most to me. The staff were helpful and polite, and there were plenty of nice facilities. I can't say enough good things about this place. Easily the best hostel I've stayed at in Ukraine.

A decent place to rest, with normal service and reasonable prices. It's on Prutska str., near the end of the road.

Clear.

The administrator made the stay awful. She seemed a bit strange and followed people around, telling them to be quieter whether it was day or night. We asked for a towel and were told there weren't any, though one was eventually brought over by the coach. We were sitting quietly with friends in the room one evening when a girl went to brush her teeth. The administrator followed her back, looked into our room, saw nothing wrong, then came over threatening and shouting at us to leave. Even stepping out to the toilet in slightly squeaky wet slippers got me stared at as if I were about to rob the place. The hotel itself was so-so.
