I arrived smiling and left the same way, feeling rested and unwound. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful with questions, and the place was explained clearly. The room was clean and matched what had been advertised. Food was nicely prepared in good portions, and the coffee was good too.

This was stay number three for me at Bon, and it remains one of the best places to stay in Dnipro. What makes it special is the staff, who look after guests well beyond basic hospitality. From the maids and receptionists to the security guards and cafe staff, everyone is professional, polite, and truly wants you to enjoy your stay.
