The room was stylish and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. From arrival, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I absolutely loved staying here. It was a five-star experience, and I’ll book again!

The breakfast alone is a real treat, especially the made-to-order dishes you can pick from the menu. The staff were kind and ready to help, and I slept well in a comfortable bed. I’ve stayed in all sorts of hotels around the world, but Vozdvyzhensky felt different. Its old-fashioned architecture, lovely garden and terrace, and fancy room furnishings made it feel like stepping into another time. I thought it was worth the price.

The room looks nice and stays pleasantly warm in winter. The toilet was clean, though I didn’t find the bathroom very comfortable, and the bed made a bit of noise. Sound carries through the building, so I could hear everything in the neighboring rooms.

The restaurant on the fifth floor serves very good food and has a lovely outdoor terrace. The atmosphere is relaxed, and my room was spacious, clean, well equipped, with a good bed. I only wished the bathroom had more room.

They still hand out brass keys, which adds to the charm of this grand old hotel in Kyiv’s historic center, among the ancient cobbled streets. The service was warm and professional, and the room was spotless. I’d recommend it.
