A nice apartment and a very good place to stay in Kiev.

It's a nice apartment to stay in. Everything there is okay.

The room was filthy and smelled bad, and there was barely any free space. The shower stall was dirty, with what seemed like fungus growing in it, and even the bathroom amenities smelled like dusty soap. The windows were filthy too. You could hear everything the neighbors did through the wall. The light fixture didn't work and gave off almost no light, while outlets and switches were coming loose. The TV was practically just furniture, and I couldn't get a single channel. They'd promised parking, but there wasn't any. With so many other options, I wouldn't consider this place.

A decent, inexpensive option for a two-room apartment in Kiev. The room was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. There are shops nearby, pizza is available, and a supermarket isn't far. The industrial neighborhood was quiet, with a bus 200 m away and the metro 1.5 km away. There were some clear drawbacks: the TV didn't work, and the walls between rooms were so thin I could hear the neighbors snoring. The reception waiting area had only chairs, which made checking in at night uncomfortable. I was also sorry they let me in from 8 a.m. rather than 10. I'd call it a solid three, neither good nor bad. The low price comes with the location and thin walls.
