What stands out is how well they treat you. The service and communication were superb, easily 10 stars. The hotel itself is standard, not a five-star apartment, but the price is affordable, dinner is hot, and the train station is close. I highly recommend it.

The reception team were friendly and helpful, and the hostel is only a five-minute walk from the train station. But the smell in its central area lingers and gets into your clothes. The walk there goes through an alley where people relieve themselves during the day, and at night it feels dangerous enough that you could get your head cut off. It’s very expensive, and I’m deeply unhappy with the place. I don’t recommend it.

I paid 500 rubles and left it behind when I decided to go somewhere else. The administrator had said there were no refunds. I’d called earlier and was told military personnel paid 250 rubles. I’m a soldier, but money isn’t the issue for me. What put me off was the bad smell and complete lack of comfort when I looked around. I found another hostel for 250 rubles that was cozy and comfortable. I felt I’d been taken advantage of because I’m a soldier with money. Make your own judgment about who I’m protecting at the front. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It seemed more like a homeless shelter.
