Mamba Hotel

The rooms are downstairs, and some don't have windows, but the interior is nice and everything was clean. The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was good, and the heating was really good...

The park setting and details like the tree on the second floor and the mirrors made a nice first impression in room #5. We came for the hotel's jacuzzi and cinema, though, and both were a letdown. The “double bed” had two separate mattresses. We kept the rinse short to save water, but the warm water ran out while we were using the jacuzzi. It was already cold by the massage jets, so we couldn't really try the tub. Staff said there wasn't enough warm water, and there still wasn't any at 6 a.m. It only came back shortly before our rental ended. We had booked from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. We then tried to put on a cartoon with the projector, but the picture was crooked and diagonal, with no way to adjust it. After trying several times to load videos through the browser, we gave up and went to bed sad and exhausted. We rent an apartment in Dnipro and had booked this room for a new experience. Thanks for the discount for military personnel, but even with that, it wasn't worth it.

The hotel didn't have light or heat, and there was no soundproofing. We could hear everything from the hall and neighboring rooms, so getting a decent night's sleep was impossible. We also had to leave early, but weren't let out for an hour. That happened twice, according to our experience. The room itself was dirty, with dust, stains, and a bad smell. The sheets seemed stale, and the towels were old and faded. Cleaning seemed perfunctory, if it happened at all. Staff were unfriendly and didn't help or apologize when we raised concerns. The service wasn't worth the price, and it felt like guests weren't welcome. We were extremely disappointed by how far the stay fell short of what we'd expected. I don't recommend Mamba Hotel, and I won't return.
