The nearby park and restaurants made the location feel ideal, even though the mall was a bit of a walk away. The hotel was extremely comfortable. I barely needed to interact with the staff, but check-in was quick and pleasant. My view may be shaped by spending 8 months sleeping on the frontlines, but this was a great place to get a much-needed break from the military.

The best part for me was the staff, all of them nice and attentive. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center, and the rooms were quite okay. The washroom had a modern-looking shower cabin and seemed clean. The lobby, if that’s what to call it, was the biggest drawback, and the corridor carpets felt a bit outdated.

If you want to sleep, don’t stay here. There’s a KAROKE bar downstairs, and the music blasts through the night from Thursday into the weekend. Management won’t do anything about it. At 2:30AM, the party was still going while people were trying to sleep, and it felt pretty horrifying that this was happening during wartime. I won’t return.

I liked the breakfast choices, and when I asked for a kettle the receptionist brought one up since the room didn’t have one. The hotel is in a quiet area near a park, cafes, and restaurants. My room was quite spacious and very clean, and all the staff were nice and polite. I had a pleasant stay at Park Hotel.

I’ve traveled widely and haven’t seen service like this anywhere. The people make the difference, and the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and luxurious. Sofia was my first contact, and she made me feel welcome and appreciated as a guest. I’d stay again and again. Staying here is a no-brainer. I’ll put a more detailed review on Trip Advisor.
