The team were attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay, which really made it special. My room was spotless and nicely designed, with an artistic feel that made it comfortable and distinctive. I also appreciated having all the essential kits and amenities provided. SOHO Hotel gave me exactly the high-quality stay I expected, and I’m very glad I chose it. I’d happily recommend it, and it’ll be my first choice on future visits. Thank you for such an excellent experience!

The design looks good in the pictures, but the room didn’t live up to them. There was hair from previous guests on the bed, and the bathroom faucet had cosmetic marks on it. I couldn’t find anyone from the administration, and the reception was always empty. We waited a long time for someone to show up at the desk. The actual hotel rating is definitely lower than the impression the photos give.

I stay here often, and the location is perfect. The rooms are beautifully appointed, there’s secure parking on site, and the service is second to none. From reception to the cleaning staff, the service is unmatched in Ukraine. This is by far the best hotel in Dnipro city and, to me, the only real five-star hotel there. It’s a credit to the owners and management. I find it hard to believe anyone who hasn’t given it five stars has actually stayed here.
