I was very disappointed with this hotel. Our room was in a separate building, and the receptionist showed us there, then left before hearing what we thought. You had to enter through the toilet. There were a few bugs, the sheets and towels were dirty, and the water smelled so bad that we brushed our teeth with bottled water. Honestly, I can’t recommend it.

The staff were fantastic with us, especially with the power outages going on during our stay. The building is still beautiful, though maintenance has slipped in a few ways. The rooms are on the small side, and most of the ones we saw were long and narrow. It’s a few kilometers outside the city, which can be nice if you want seclusion, but it’s right beside the highway, so there’s road noise. Getting to shopping in the city center is a bit inconvenient if that’s what you’re after. The power failures also made this an unusual stay for me.
