We’ve stayed in Dragobrat before, so we had places to compare it with, and this hotel is an easy recommendation. The views are incredible and breakfast was a real highlight. Everything felt tidy, cozy, and delicious, with decent service and a really friendly staff. Special thanks to administrator Nadiya. We hope to come back!

The view from the window is a special favorite of mine, and I’ve stayed at enough places to know I’d recommend this hotel. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. You can hear the neighbors, but it wasn’t a big deal, and I slept well without being disturbed. The food feels homemade, which is part of its appeal. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection. The administration and waiters are very nice, and cleanliness deserves a 5+, from the bed to every corner. The maid is smart and keeps everything clean. We’re staying here now, and it’s a wonderful place.

We’re on holiday at Maritsa now, and it really feels like a vacation. The rooms are warm, there’s always hot water, and the mattresses and blankets are comfortable, which matters a lot. It’s close to the ski lifts, and the staff are attentive at both reception and the restaurant. We’ve heard that you can hear neighbors through the walls, but that seems to be the case at every hotel in Dragobrat. The place is cozy and comfortable, and we’re very happy with the service.

The breakfasts are tasty and good quality, and the soundproofing is excellent. The floor doesn’t creak either. Rooms are clean and get cleaned every two days. The staff are really friendly, and the administration is always around. 10/10 for us, we’ll stay here from now on.
