We cut our stay short and left after a night call, without getting the rest we’d planned. At 10 p.m. the administrator phoned to tell us to close the window or balcony door for ventilation and threatened to turn off the heating. He kept watching our movements and how long the window was open. I don’t understand how he could see our door on the third floor unless he was looking in to see what we were doing. Absurd. The administrator always looked dissatisfied when speaking to us. The mattresses were worn out and terrible, and the bedding was fit for the trash. We’d picked this supposedly hospitable courtyard to relax in wonderful Yaremche, but it was anything but hospitable.

The owners are very nice, and the yard is cozy, with a gazebo, barbecue area, and swings for children. Our room had a balcony. There’s construction nearby, which concerned us at first, but it didn’t bother us, and it’s outside the owners’ control. The hotel is close to the center, and it’s quick and easy to walk there from either the train station or the bus station. Restaurants, a supermarket, and other facilities are nearby. The rooms are clean, tidy, and a good size, with a kitchen shared between two rooms. Conditions were good overall.

We stayed as a family in August, in a room on the fourth floor without a balcony. That turned out to be a bonus since we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. The hosts were lovely and always ready with advice. They cleared the rubbish every day and checked whether we needed anything, like toilet paper or disposable slippers. The bathroom was sparkling clean and had a hairdryer and soap. There’s a shared kitchen with a microwave, dishes, fridge, and electric kettle, plus parking and a private yard where you can relax in the evening. Wi-Fi worked continuously, and the hot water never cut out. Thanks for a happy stay and good mood.

We spent five days here as a family, two adults and a child, from 11.01.25 to 16.01.25, and were very happy with the stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, and comfortable to live in. There’s a well equipped shared kitchen with a fridge, kettle, and microwave. The location is convenient, with the railway station, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hosts were especially friendly and made the atmosphere feel warm. We recommend it for a family vacation.
