The main thing we missed was a fridge in the room. With children who are picky and don’t always want to eat at mealtimes, it would’ve been handy to keep leftovers for when they got hungry. The shower setup was a tub with an optional shower head and no curtain, but that was a pretty minor issue. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made several accommodations for our party of five, including two kids. The hotel and its fairly large pool were both clean. The restaurant had fresh, yummy food and interesting decor that made for a nice atmosphere, though its prices were above average for the area. Dinner service can be slow, so allow time to settle in. There’s a ping pong table just outside the front door, which kept us busy while we waited for food.

The restaurant serves European food. The menu is small, but what we tried tasted good. The staff were really helpful, which isn’t something you find often in Ukraine. It’s a fairly new hotel, and everything in the rooms worked properly. There’s an outdoor pool, so in summer you can mix beach time with mountain activities. The city center is fairly close.

We’re very grateful for the time we and our guests spent at this hotel. We celebrated a wedding there in September 2019, and the staff’s hospitality was at the highest level we could imagine. The Cusine was just top level.

A nice, fairly recent hotel with good service. There’s a pool with warm water, a great view, and a good location. The staff are kind and friendly, and breakfast was tasty. It also has its own parking and a 24/7 reception.
