I was here once, about five years ago. The service was fine, and although the room was small, it was well equipped and nicely decorated. The restaurant food was good too, especially the desserts. The berry mille-feuille was a real highlight. The odd part was that they couldn’t sign me up for the loyalty program at check-in. They said I had to register on the website, and it would only apply from my next booking.

6.10.2024, a pleasant surprise. The interior is dated, but the price fits. The room was clean, the shower stayed hot for more than five minutes, unlike at nearby competitors, and breakfast was good.

I bring people from other countries here, like my group from Canada today. When you want to get away and cool off, the air conditioning helps. There’s an English menu, and the staff are friendly. I’ve had no trouble asking for changes to dishes, like leaving out mayonnaise. If you’re in the mood for Mediterranean food, there are dishes for all tastes.

The “Discover Ukraine” deal makes this a tempting choice for a weekend. The location is perfect, the place is clean, there’s no unpleasant smell, and the Wi-Fi is decent. Breakfast was the one uncertain point for me: limited choice, no fruit even though it was fruit season, and no options that seemed tasty or healthy.

I really didn’t want to leave. The room was beautiful, immaculate, and spacious, and the front desk and housekeeping were warm, attentive, and quick to respond. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was more than adequate in quality. In my opinion, this is a five-star hotel.
