The staff are very kind, and the hotel is wonderful. It's only a few meters from Kharkiv Downtown. I hope it stays as lovely after these hard times as it was before.

The rooms and suites are spacious and comfortable, with nice amenities and everything we needed to feel at home. Housekeeping kept our room spotless each night, and every staff member was wonderful, spoke very good English, and was sweet and eager to help. The lobby bar is open around the clock. We ordered room service late one night and it arrived hot, with huge portions. The location was convenient, close to the city's best shopping and dining and within walking distance of the center. We had a great stay and found it an excellent value. We were weighing this hotel against the Palace Hotel, but I don't see a reason to pay twice as much to stay elsewhere. I'd happily stay here again.

The rooms were tidy, the toiletries were good, and there's safe parking. The food was delicious, with a nice breakfast selection. A very good hotel in a good location, with helpful and friendly staff.
