Hotel Kamelot

The supermarket and metro station are only a few minutes away, and the reception is downstairs in the basement, which felt like a safe place to stay during an alarm. The reception workers were kind and happy to speak English. It’s an unusual, quirky place, but also genuinely cozy and nice.

The staff are wonderful and the hospitality here is 100%. Breakfast is excellent, with lots of variety, and swimming in the morning is perfect. I also loved the fantastic interior. The bar and restaurant are good, with a nice view of the street outside. It isn’t cheap, but it’s worth every hryvnia.

It’s a theme hotel inspired by Arthurian legends, with swords, armored knights, fountains and battle flags around the place. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. There’s also an amazing pool, a Jacuzzi tub and two saunas.

There’s a sauna and pool, and they provide a robe and slippers. Breakfast can be brought right to your room, so you can feel like a lord or lady in a castle. The rooms have the same medieval feel as the corridors, which are filled with artifacts. It was especially great with kids because they could touch everything, even the armor, which usually isn’t allowed in museums. A lovely stay at this small hotel, and I’d recommend it to anyone who likes themed hotels.
