The staff were young, polite, cheerful, and helpful, and the small hotel felt personal, with the kind of attention I like. Its location is great, close to Sumska street and a cute little park where you can relax with a partner or friend. I won’t need to look for another hotel next time I’m in the area. I’ll be back.

The hotel is close to the city center, with nice rooms at a reasonable rate. Wi-Fi works well, and the restaurant food is quite good. The taxi service they use is expensive, so Uber would be a better option. There wasn’t an iron or ironing board in the room.

We had a great stay and were lucky to find such a clean room and kind staff. Most of them spoke English, and the location was perfect for us as tourists, with lots of attractions nearby. We’ll visit again in spring and recommend it to our friends.

The morning breakfast was great, and the staff were wonderful and friendly. The rooms felt like home. I’ve traveled to more than 58 countries and spent extensive time in five-star hotels, and this hotel gave me that at-home feeling.

The hotel was very quiet during my roughly three-night stay, and my room on the fifth floor was very clean. Wi-Fi was free, and the front desk lent me a couple of travel adapters after I realized I’d forgotten mine. I’m grateful for that. There was a large flat-screen TV on the wall, but apart from CNN, the channels were in the local language. I was told the hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Kharkov Airport. Communication was one of my main concerns, but the welcoming front desk staff I met, Elena, Aliona, and I think Marina, spoke English well and could hold a conversation. Breakfast was my one real gripe: the menu felt limited and a little confusing, and it wasn’t very filling. Still, my stay was good. Thanks for the hospitality.
