Cosmopolit Hotel

The price is a little high, but I felt it was worth it. The rooms were good, clean, and spacious enough, and nights were very quiet. The European breakfasts were decent too. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind, open employees. Keep it up, Cosmopolit.

Our eight-night stay was awful. The staff were unprofessional, and none of the front desk people wore masks during our visit. There was no hot water on the fourth floor. In the more expensive rooms, the glass bathroom doors offered no privacy. Cleaning didn’t include towel changes, and the walls were dirty and carpets torn. The administration was unavailable, and front desk guys were drinking wine outside the hotel at night. When we asked to switch rooms because of the water, the guy downstairs told us not to come with these questions so late. We asked for a refund, but he said all the cash had been stolen a few days earlier and he couldn’t help. This place was surrealistically BAD. Maybe the positive reviews are outdated or bribed, haha. Keep looking and stay safe!

You really wouldn’t expect it, but this hotel is fantastic. The rooms are extremely spacious, with amazing amenities and an enormous bathroom and shower. Everything is clean and new, and the service from the kind staff was superb day and night. The restaurant serves great food all day, including a perfect morning breakfast. I’m impressed and will definitely stay here again.

The price for the quality makes this hotel a good pick in Kharkov. It’s a little outside the center, but it’s quieter and parking is easier if you’re driving. Public transport is limited to the bus. The rooms have a modern, slightly unusual style, and the bathrooms with heated floors were a real plus. Breakfast was fine, though not especially tasty, and reception was very kind.
