The administrators don't do their jobs and take bribes as cleaning fees. This dorm doesn't live up to its status. The worst dorm in Kharkiv, and the administrators are corrupt!!!

There's a kitchen and a shower, so this dorm is livable. Students pay 17 UAH a night. Nice dorm!

From the outside, it looks fine, just like any other dorm.

For a dorm, it was more than fine. The only thing I didn't like was how cold the room got in winter.

The heating doesn't work well, and there's no hot water on floors 6, 7, 8, or 9. It's terrible.
