It’s always nice to return here after a long trip. The waiting areas are conveniently placed, and the airport itself is modern and easy to get around. There’s a lovely old building that’s been restored beautifully, along with a very impressive VIP building. The duty-free shop prices were a pleasant surprise, lower than in similar shops in other countries. One downside is that there isn’t anywhere good to eat, and the wait for a plane can be long.

We’d booked a room for three of us to freshen up before a 0300 flight, but they wouldn’t let all three in because the reservation was for two. We explained we’d only be there for 1-2 hours, and they still refused. One of our group waited in the lobby and was eventually thrown out by a threatening man working reception for the hotel. A little later, when we tried to leave, he locked the door and kept us there for a few minutes. Awful experience. Avoid at all cost!

For a transit stop, this is a great place. The room and bed were clean, the shower was good, and breakfast was okay too. Staff were professional, and the price felt fair for what you get.

It’s cheap and near the airport, and honestly not too bad. If your flight’s late at night, you can stay here for a night.

Comfortable and clean, though there can be noise now and then.
