The location is great, right in the center, and the room itself was comfortable. Breakfast was typical Ukrainian fare. But I didn’t get the room size I expected, and there was no desk or sofa, which threw off some of my plans. Poor language skills on both sides made it harder to sort out. I might consider staying again.

A lovely little hotel, with clean rooms that feel calm and quiet. There’s a relaxed atmosphere throughout, and it somehow feels like you’re out of town even though it’s near the center. Lots of places are nearby, and all the interesting sights are just a few minutes’ walk away.

I’ve now stayed here three times, and it’s become one of my ideal choices in Kharkiv. The location is excellent, the street is clean and doesn’t have constant traffic, and the staff are nice. The quality for the price is high. Finding a new hotel can feel like a lottery, especially since the places I used to stay before I turned 22 have closed. This time went smoothly: I booked online, they called to ask when I’d arrive and whether I needed anything, like a taxi from the station. I had my own car, and worried a bit about there being no private parking, but that turned out to be unnecessary. Check-in was quick and easy, just a few minutes. The room was tidy, clean, warm, and smelled nice, with a large wardrobe. The bathroom was small but had what I needed. Soundproofing was good, even though I’m a loud sleeper and wasn’t bothered.
