Hotel & Spa NEMO with dolphins

The room wasn't even clean when we arrived. There were dirty food handprints on the balcony doors, cleaners' dirty clothes on the floor, and dirty mop marks across the black plastic ceiling above the bed. The charges were unbelievable, too. Reception charged more than the rate advertised on booking. Com, then asked for a 4200uah deposit after we'd already paid almost 9000 for two nights. When we left, they charged another 2000uah for dry cleaning if you use a towel from the room. For the cost of two nights here, you could stay more than two weeks at another hotel that's cleaner and better. Mirax boutique is 1000uah a night for a bigger, better, cleaner room with no extra charges. Stay away from this hotel.

I booked this as a birthday gift for my nephew and wanted to pay in advance and get some information about the hotel. Communication was terrible. It took a week and a half to get the proforma invoice. Whether you book a rate with breakfast or without, the amount is treated as a food and beverage deposit at the end, and you can choose what to spend it on. That's misleading for customers. I was also told the oceanarium tickets would be given at check-in, but they weren't. Then I was told it was the guest's fault. Staff should provide all the information, not leave that to me, excuse me. A five-star hotel should offer a matching range of amenities and level of service. I work in the hotel industry, and this wasn't up to that standard. Unfortunately there aren't any relevant competitors, so it's hard to choose somewhere else next time. The cake was really dry and tasty :( PS The best impression came from the kids room staff. Please thank the girl who animates the kids, she's a pearl.

The rooftop dinner spot has a lovely view over the park in summer, and the manager is friendly and quick to respond. The restaurant food is really good and available at any time. The spa, pools, and sports rooms are well equipped, too. A comfortable place with helpful staff.

The breakfast was great, and the spa area has a big pool. The rooms were clean, and the dolphin show was impressive, but the music was painfully loud, like being in a nightclub. It drowned out the artistic work of the trainers and animals. Staff handled the basics, but came across cold: no smiles, greetings, or goodbyes. You can pay for the services, but a friendly smile seems to be too much to expect.
