10/10
Our group of 10 arrived late, but the staff still served us dinner, which I really appreciated. Everyone was professional and the service was excellent. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including bathrobes and slippers, and the hotel's parking was enclosed, so we didn't worry about our cars. Breakfast was good, the staff were great, and everything went well. I'd give the property a high rating and recommend it.

8/10
The hotel is clean and modern, with friendly staff who speak English. Breakfast is a tasty buffet served from 8-11, and checkout is at 12 pm. There's free WiFi and a spa where you can get massages. I'd have given it five stars if it were more central, but Uber rides to and from the hotel were cheap.

10/10
I spent 25 days at Victoria hotel in February 2021 and had an excellent stay. It's in a peaceful part of the city, about a 20-minute walk from the center, and feels cozy. The staff were helpful and responsive, especially Katerina and Andrew.

6/10
The staff were friendly, but they don't speak English, which made things much harder. I couldn't get a taxi because of the weather and the location, and I missed my train. It was really frustrating. There was no working pool, restaurant, or bar, and every request I made came with a 10% fee on the receipt.

The room was clean, and the bed was roomy and comfortable. It's a cozy hotel, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help.
