Thank you to the reception ladies Vika, Tanya and Tatiana. They're always smiling and polite, and helped me with all sorts of things, including explaining to a restaurant what food I wanted. They also arranged taxis and gave me directions to lots of places. I don't speak the language, but that's only a minor issue. I first booked for two days, and it's now day 28. This is my first time spending the festive season in a hotel far from home. The billiard club and restaurant are a relaxing spot. I haven't tried the pool yet because it's winter, or the sauna, which I'd save for summertime. I'd stay here again, though keep in mind the hotel is cash only, so you'll need to know where the cash machines are if you visit and extend your stay.

Played billiards here with my friends and really liked the atmosphere. It wasn't expensive either!

A really bad experience. The staff were awful, kept disturbing us, and there was no service at all. Better to spend your money somewhere more worthwhile.

The coffee is good, though I’d like to see more snacks that go with it.

Nice atmosphere, while the food is just average.
