Breakfast arrives cold by the time it gets to the room, so heat-preserving covers for the dishes would help. The rooms have contemporary finishes, a cosy mattress and bedding, and central AC with heating. The receptionists and other staff were polite and helpful, and the location is great. I’ll definitely come back.

Even with the current situation in Ukraine, my room was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is well located, and the staff were brilliant, supportive, and helpful.

The internet stinks, and the air conditioner doesn’t work. The staff, kitchen, and location were all okay.

A quiet, clean, small and cosy hotel with a sincere feel to it.
