The shower was broken, so the water could turn hot or cold without warning, and the sofa in my room was missing its back cushions. When I arrived, nobody welcomed me or even said hello. They just showed me the room, and I had to carry all my things up three floors myself. There were parties at the hotel every day until 1 a.m., with lots of drunk people who weren't guests hanging around outside our door on the top floor. I asked if they could wash my things, and they said yes. I got them back three days later, with water still sitting in the bag I'd handed over. Some parts of the hotel look good, but overall it was a bad place to stay. It seems like it's been this way for many years, with worn-out, broken things. Don't go here. This is an honest review, and there are lots of better places.

The room was spotless and really comfortable, and the service was great. They also have a restaurant serving delicious food. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

I only spent one night there. It's a long way from the city, but I enjoyed the sauna.
