The rooms are good, and the staff do try, but the place feels like it's running at half power. There's nothing on the street front, and it's hard to tell where the staff are. You have to contact them by phone since there's no reception. Secure parking is available, though reaching it means climbing poorly lit stairs. Breakfast is sparse. This compares unfavourably with CityLife, just down the same street.

I'm Swiss and visited the place several times between 2015 and 2022. The owners were friendly, and a good breakfast was always a nice start to see the city and volunteers. Sigda rad uvidit c Novum, Paloma.

The price is very reasonable, and the rooms are nearly new and well appointed. The hotel is small, occupying the top two floors of a reconstructed private appartment house. You enter through the backyard, while the office is in the basement on the street side. There are lots of codes and buttons to get in. It's also a travel agent and an exchange office. Breakfast is served in the room, since there's nowhere else. I'd visit again at this price.

I stayed there for a few days. It's an excellent, small luxury hotel with a very European feel. I'd recommend it to everyone!
