The breakfast was decent, with boiled eggs, a chicken leg, cucumber, tomato, yogurt, sausage, and coffee, water, or orange juice. My room itself was just average, and the TV wasn't even a Smart TV. The main issue was the price. I paid a lot for an ordinary room because I expected to use the sauna, pool, and billiards listed on Booking.com, but all three are in one room that costs 300 UAH to reserve for two hours. You can't book that room through Booking.com. Don't stay here if you're choosing it for the sauna and pool.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Oleg and Anatolia. My room was comfortable, though a little cold, so they kindly brought me an extra heater. It's a very nice hotel in the city center. Many thanks to everyone.

The kitchen is good, but I wouldn't recommend this place. There was hair in the bathroom and no shower curtain, and the dogs barking outside and noise from the elevator made the room loud. It doesn't feel like a four-star hotel.

The breakfast was huge and the service was great. Internet reliability could be better, though it wasn't bad. Most people probably won't find much within walking distance, but it's convenient if you're driving. Excellent hotel, and I'll definitely come back to Kharkiv.

I spent four days here and had a nice break. Housekeeping was excellent, the room stayed clean and tidy, and the towels were changed daily. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and some of them spoke a little English, which helped.
