The waterpark entrance is right from the hotel, and they provide robes, slippers, and sweatshirts, which made the weekend with our kids easy. We booked the all-inclusive package after arriving in Kharkiv to visit Kharkiv Aquapark, and were thrilled with the hotel. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Administrator Ekaterina, thanks so much for being professional. We loved it and would come back here with the kids. Highly recommend!

The clean linens and room were a plus, and the WiFi was decent. The rest was rough. We rented a standard room for four, and the beds creaked and felt uncomfortable, leaving my back sore in the morning. The dishes, glasses and cups, were sticky, so I had to wash them again. Breakfast was a complete circus, like eating in an old Soviet sanatorium. There was a damp, stuffy feeling on the floor and in the rooms, apparently from the nearby water park, and the ventilation didn't seem to work properly. One of our two rooms had sealed windows that couldn't be opened. In the shower, we couldn't get both decent pressure and a comfortable temperature, it was either boiling hot or barely any pressure. I don't see how this place has a 4-star rating. The walls were stained, the closet was held together with tape, and the ventilation cover under the window kept dropping with a bang. There was also a TV from the late 1990s on a crooked nightstand. The card readers on the inner room doors didn't work. If you shut one by mistake, you had to go find the receptionist for a key, who'd say the batteries had probably just died.

The family room had plenty of space, and this is a typical hotel to book along with a water park visit. But the cleanliness gets a 3 from me. Breakfast was cold and tasteless, with instant coffee from a packet. The Vietnamese staff didn't speak the language and seemed unable to remember or help people trying to get breakfast. There weren't enough seats, either, so we had to wait for a table. The water park smell lingered again. If you're squeamish, I'd strongly advise skipping both places.

Breakfast was only so-so, but for 90 UAH you could choose from a modest menu. The receptionist explained everything clearly, offered advice, and was attentive and polite. We also got to check in early. I'm giving five stars for the thoughtful touches and helpful staff.
