Viva Hotel

Breakfast was a nice extra, with three choices: two kinds of eggs or some grain dish with sausages. There was also a buffet with drinks, sweets, and yogurt. The staff were friendly, and I spent a few hours working in the cafe after arriving early while I waited for my room. Early check-in costs extra, but I didn't need it since I had work to do anyway. The room was pleasant apart from a couple of issues, which is why I'm giving it 4 instead of 5. It felt very stuffy, and the only small window opened toward the road, so it got rather loud by morning. The toilet also dripped a little.

The suites are roomy, the place is clean and pleasant, and the staff are friendly. It's good value for the price. Just be aware there's no elevator, which could be an issue with heavy bags if you get a room on the fourth floor.

I've been here since February, and I'm still here :)) The room was always neat and clean, with a huge, comfortable bed, and breakfast was brought up to us. The hotel is well located, near the metro and lots of bars and restaurants. Even during winter in Kharkiv it stayed warm and very clean. The staff were kind and polite, helped with every request, and didn't mind us coming back late. The wifi was good too. I had a really pleasant stay, can warmly recommend it, and would come back myself.

The metro is close, so getting to the city center is quick. The staff were friendly and breakfast was nice, too. It's no luxury hotel, but we enjoyed staying here, and it worked perfectly for a short stop on our travels.
