Ultramarinn Hotel

I liked the stay, and the price felt right for what we got. The apartment was modern and stylish, on a lower floor, with fresh renovation. It came with slippers, a kettle, water, tea, and coffee. The administrator was easy to reach, the staff were polite, and we could leave our things in a locker before check-in for free. Breakfast could be ordered from the nearby Cafeinn cafe, whether or not it was included in the room price. It was handy to scan the room flyer’s QR code and use the chatbot to pick food, a drink, and a time, or even order free delivery to the apartment. It arrived on time and was tasty and filling. In the shared corridor there was also a coffee machine, water cooler, tea, coffee, and sugar, all free. Underground parking was secure and cost 200 UAH, but you needed to reserve a spot with the hotel administrator in advance. I booked mine a few days before arriving. Soundproofing was a downside. The check-in instructions were also a little unclear: the elevator uses SKD cards, and you have to tell the administrator when you arrive so they can meet you on the first floor.

The soundproofing is poor, which is worth keeping in mind if you’re coming with children. It seems to be the case throughout Kador. Luckily, my neighbors were polite and didn’t disturb my rest. If you need two or more magnetic keys, just tell the administrator and they’ll provide them. I don’t get all the negative comments. For the price, this is a great hotel. Arcadia is closer, right by the sea, but it costs accordingly. My room was cleaned regularly, and they changed the towels and toiletries. There was always a bottle of water per person. The room had a small fridge and kettle, with a microwave and coffee machine plus a water cooler on the floor. The staff were very polite. I had a problem with neighbors whose small dog was quite active, and they moved me to a room in the same category without any hassle. They also helped arrange a late check-out, which not every hotel offers without charging an extra day. Good value, and I recommend it.

The administrators made the stay special. They were warm, attentive, and kind. When the power went out in the area, they found a way for me to dry my hair so I wouldn’t miss the event I’d come for. That was really thoughtful 💛 The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, the linen was impeccable, and the bed was comfortable, with everything thought through. There was coffee, water, and an iron available in the hallway. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely return. Arcadia is just 10 minutes away 🫰🏼

I found the hotel on Booking and chose it for the rating of 9 and the attractive photos. Once I arrived, I was disappointed: the interior looked worse in person, and the rating didn’t match the standard. I cancelled the booking and didn’t stay. If price is your main concern, it may be a reasonable option, but the room is small, the furniture is basic, and the window looks out onto a construction site.
